PARTIES FOR EVERYONE Mepal is not all coaching, training and team building...we know how to party!
If you want to organise something really special for a Birthday party, family or a group of friends, we can tailor a programme to suit your group. Anything from a half day Birthday Party programme for 7 - 16s to a 'Stag' or 'Hen' Wet 'n Wild day, evening or weekend. When your party is over, please download the Party Feedback form from the Downloads page and let us know what you thought...... then we can make our parties even more fun.

 
TWO sizes of party*:      Up to 8 and up to 16 participants. 
TWO styles of party:      Activity parties and Theme parties.
TWO themes               Pirate (April – September) and Commando Kids (all year)

Activity Parties for 7-15s.  
Your choice of one or two of our great outdoor activities followed by a party tea in our dining room or special party area.
Theme Parties  Pirate and Commando Kids! Parties for 8-12s.

To book your party, click on Activity/size or Theme/size link  below, book the party online, download the party request form, fill it in and email it back to us as soon as possible, but at least 14 days before the party date.
* Our parties run best in groups of 8 children to each Instructor. Any more than 8 / Instructor and the children get less opportunity to participate. Therefore we are offering two party sizes: up to 8 with one Instructor and up to 16 children with two Instructors. Please don’t ask us to squeeze an extra child or two into the ‘up to 8’ party…. the answer will be no.
CHANGING DATES. Please make sure that you have booked your party on the right date! It is often possible to change the date of a party after booking, but it isn't straightforward, so we will make an alteration charge of £15.00 if you need to change the date.
