CANOESPORT COACH DEVELOPMENT
A day for all coaches and particularly anyone who hasn't updated and re-validated their coaching qualification within the last three years. The day will focus on 'whats New' in the coaching scheme, Paddlepower, Star Tests and in safe and effective rescue technique.

Workshops The new awards and programmes- including Paddlepower for under 16s, Star awards and Crosstream Challenge
Rescues galore - new techniques, good practice and a chance to practise!
Open Canoe skills for Kayak coachesEssential for anyone who want to be able to award the new generic 2 star award and Paddlepower Discovery
Do bring your coaching Logbook and your current First Aid certificate.
This course replaces the previously scheduled Coach Update day.
