In 2012  the British Canoe Union will require all L3 coaches and holders of Moderate water and 4/5* leader awards to update to a 2 day (16 hour) award when they renew their First Aid qualification.  We will continue to offer the L1 course (8 hour) but at least one course in 2012 (2-3rd June 2012 is scheduled) will be a two day 16 hour course to meet this requirement.
