This course will be held on the lake at Mepal and will develop your essential paddling skills in line with the Three star syllabus. To complete the award you will need to book on either the Touring or Whitewater training and assessment. You should hold a Two Star award or be comfortably at that standard before attending. During the day you'll be shown the standard required for three star; you will need to practice before the second part of the award; Saturday morning Canoe Club is an opportunity to polish skills under the tutelage of a coach.
