Why has my booking failed?
The usual reason that a booking fails is because you have not entered the name and age of each participant (youth or adult). Bookings will not be accepted unless these details are completed.

I want to make a party or family booking do I need to enter everyones' name?
No. You only need to enter the name and age of the birthday child or the family group leader.

Do I need to pay in full on booking for a course, activity or party?
Yes. Courses, activities and party bookings must be paid for in full upon booking.

Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual or group.
